Fractured Atlas On the Road - June 2009
Hey everyone! I just wanted to update you on a few trips we will be making this month. Please try and catch us if you are in the area and attending these events….
I will be in attendance at the annual Theatre Communications Group Conference from 6/4-6/6 in Baltimore, MD. Fractured Atlas is a big fan of TCG and all of the work they do for regional theatres across the U.S., so we’re looking forward to joining them once again at their conference.
Emily Watts will be attending the Dance/USA Annual Conference (on a Dance/USA scholarship, no less!) from 6/3-6/6 in Houston, TX. Dance/USA is one of our Open Arts Network partners, so we’re excited to participate in their conference once again.
On 6/6, Dianne Debicella will be speaking at the Connecticut Film Festival in Danbury, CT. She will also be manning a table for Fractured Atlas, so please stop by during the day.
I will be attending Americans for the Arts’ Annual Convention from 6/18-6/20 in Seattle, WA. As I serve on the Emerging Leader Council of Americans for the Arts, I am looking forward to meeting the future arts leaders of America, while also learning from a wide spectrum of arts leaders over the course of the convention.
Immediately after leaving Seattle, I will be jetting straight to San Francisco to speak at the Network of Ensemble Theaters (NET) Summit. This will be my first summit with NET, another Open Arts Network partner, and I am very interested in learning more about their member theaters. The summit runs from 6/17-6/22, and I will be speaking on 6/21.
