Let’s Make this Official (Our Customer Service Pledge)
Since the dawn of time, Fractured Atlas has managed its customer service operations according to a set of guiding principles. We’ve promoted these internally and stressed them during the staff hiring and training processes, but to date they’ve never been made public.
Well, it’s about time we put this out there. If you’ve had the chance to interact with one (or more) of us, hopefully you’ll find that this matches your experience. If you haven’t yet had an excuse for personal interaction, then we want you to know what you can expect when you do.
