New York City Department of Cultural Affairs deadline
The New York City Department of Cultural Affairs Fiscal 2013 Cultural Development Fund application is open, with a Monday, February 13th submission deadline.
Who they fund:
DCA will consider proposals in every cultural discipline and from every area of New York City for services that take place within the five boroughs and within the City’s Fiscal 2013 (July 1, 2012 – June 30, 2013). Funds will be awarded based on a competitive review by a panel that includes peers in the field as well as representatives of the city’s elected officials.
The fundamental requirement for all proposals is that they represent a cultural activity of recognized quality that is accessible to the public. Funded services can be as different as the organizations providing them, but they will all have a common commitment to the theme of public service and public participation.
