  1. Linnett:

can I apply for one of these grants?

  2. Juliana:

    Hi Linnett,
Please review each grant to see exactly what kind of projects they fund and where they fund (geographically). Those are just the first steps, but that will help you narrow down the list. Please email us at fs@fracturedatlas.org if you have specific questions about grants for your project.

    best,
    Juliana

  3. Dimitri:

What are the 14 countries listed under the Creative Work Fund’s Geographic focus list?

  4. Juliana:

    Hi Dimitri,
Those counties are in the San Francisco Bay Area. Sorry for the confusion!

    best,
    Juliana

  6. Jamie Baum:

    Juliana,
Do you know of any grants that fund hiring a publicist? I am a jazz composer with a new CD coming out and the cost of the recording has left me tapped out financially. I am excited with the results but am afraid it won’t get the exposure it deserves without a publicist.
    Thanks-
    Jamie

  7. Juliana:

    Hi Jaime,
I don’t know of any grants to hire a publicist off the top of my head. Most of the grants that I am aware of in jazz cover recording and presentation. You can see some here:

You should check out the Foundation Center to do further research: http://www.foundationcenter.org/

    Good luck!
