Ready to get fit for Summer, but tired of the gym? Interested in adding professional circus skills to your resume? Sign up for a class at the New York Circus Arts Academy! Classes at NYCAA are artistic, unique, and fun for people of all ages, fitness levels and body types- even those with no previous experience.
Trial classes are an opportunity to sample some of the exciting courses offered at NYCAA, including Aerial Acrobatics (vertical silk, static trapeze), AcroBalance (hand balancing, pyramids), and Dynamic Acrobatics (tumbling, trampoline). Aided by professional instructors, you'll learn the fundamentals of circus skills as seen in Cirque du Soleil, in a safe, structured and fun environment.
For those wanting to continue their circus arts training after Trial Class, registration is available for Summer Term 1. Courses offered include everything taught in Trial Class, plus Stilting, Chinese Pole, Physical Acting, Conditioning & Flexibility, and more. New York Circus Arts Academy is the largest circus school on the East Coast, and offers both recreational and professional training at our conveniently located Midtown facility.
