Theater of the Grasshopper presents Mutti’s After Supper Stories—six Grimm’s fairy tale adaptations that stick closely to the creepy originals, performed by Noelle McGrath DePaula and her real-life children, Juliet and Colin. Quick transformations are facilitated by a backdrop of many pockets and a stack of multiple tablecloths constructed by Iris Rose, who also wrote the adaptation and directed. The quirky original songs are performed by Hugh Hales-Tooke, assisted by a fourth DePaula, eldest daughter Lily.
