I don't know how to answer many of the questions on the application. What do I do?
Please note that there are blue question marks next to some of the more convoluted questions. Click on the question mark for more information. Please also note that there are white exclamation point boxes to the right of certain questions with important information. You should answer all questions to the best of your knowledge (i.e., ballpark numerical figures). For example, just because your venue has 100 seats doesn't mean you need to list the attendance figure as 100, unless you whole-heartedly believe you're going to sell out. Use your best judgment to answer all questions. An educated guess does not equal insurance fraud. If you need further help, please contact our office.
