How can I locate providers?

Please visit HIP.

  • Click member and enter HIP Id card(click non-member if you're not a current enrollee)to search for hospitals or specialists. (When searching for doctors, you should search under specialists in order to receive accurate search results. On the website, most doctors are listed under the category of specialists as opposed to PCPs (Primary Care Physicians.) You can later under the specialty of Family Practice,General Practice,Internal Medicine, or Preventive Medicine).
  • Select the appropriate plan: HIP Select PPO or HIP Prime. Select the network: Prime. The network is Prime for all 3 plans available through Fractured Atlas.
  • You can then further narrow your search for doctors by name, type of specialty city & state, zip-code, gender, etc.

Still having trouble? You can call HIP directly at 1-800-HIP-Talk to search for providers in your area over the phone.
