How far in advance do I have to use this service?
You can choose to use this service months in advance, same month, same week, or sometimes even the day before your event (make sure it's a business day, please!). We recommend at least one to four weeks in advance so more people will view the information on the organizations' websites and so the organizations can be in touch with you in case they require more information.
