Do I have to make sure to keep the seats that I allot aside or can I sell them?
You must keep these seats available until the organizations contact you letting you know how many they've distributed for the event. If you don't have seats available for people with ticket confirmations from these organizations, you'll have to face angry patrons, angry organizations, and you'll mess up the service Fractured Atlas is trying to provide for its members. Once you've received the confirmation reports from these organizations, you can sell whatever tickets that went undistributed.
