What do I do once I receive the quote?
Please review the quote first and contact our office directly if you have any questions (especially if you think a mistake has been made on your quote). Also, please contact us if changes have occurred and you need to adjust the information you originally submitted (please do not resubmit another quote request). If you are ready to purchase the insurance, you can call us with your credit/debit card information to pay the binder fee. Once the insurance is bound, we will produce insurance certificates for you as necessary (they will be emailed). An invoice and policy will be sent to you directly in the mail a few weeks after binding (these will be sent by the insurance company and/or our broker's office). If you do not want or need to purchase the insurance, it is helpful for you to tell us so that we can close the file in our system.
