When do I receive my insurance certificates after I purchase the insurance?

Certificates for additional insureds can generally be produced in one business day. However, we ask that you request these a few days beforehand just in case an unforeseen circumstance occurs. If you have already requested these certificates on your insurance quote request application, we will automatically produce these the day after you bind the insurance. If you did not request these on an application, please send an email with the full name and address of the entity requesting the certificate. Please also let us know if the entity requires any specific wording on the certificate (usually found in a contract you might have with them). As stated above, the certificates take about 1 business day to produce. We will email them to you in PDF format. Please keep the certificates for your files and print them out for whoever requires them. Some insurance policies specifically include a certain amount of additional insureds (and if you need more over this limit, a surcharge may apply), whereas others guarantee unlimited additional insureds.
