How do I get a copy of my policy?
In most cases, your policy will be mailed to you by the insurance company about 2-3 weeks after you bind the insurance. If you require a policy more immediately, we can email you a sample copy at your request (in PDF format; warning: they're over 60 pages long). All of the rules and stipulations remain the same, but there is a sample organization name on the cover. Through some of our insurance programs, policies are not issued on an individual basis, as they are master policies in Fractured Atlas' name that you are added to.
