I didn't approve Fractured Atlas to renew my membership! Why did you do that?!
In the terms and conditions that you read upon signing up, it clearly states that we will automatically renew your membership monthly or annually (depending on what you selected at sign up). You will always receive an email notice that your membership is about to renew two weeks before the renewal date. If you didn't receive it, please make sure your email address in our file is up-to-date and your junk mail settings allow all fracturedatlas.org emails through. If you didn't want your membership to renew, please contact our office -- we can terminate your membership and refund the dues that were charged to your card (as long as it's within 90 days of the charge).
