If I have to return a fund release check to my fund, do you refund the 6% administrative fee?

If I have to return a fund release check to my fund, do you refund the 6% administrative fee?
Unfortunately, we never refund the administrative fee once a check has been issued. The administrative fee covers our operating expenses and when a check gets returned to the fund for any reason, it creates more administrative work for us. If a check simply needs to be replaced and reissued, you will not be charged an additional administrative fee when we reissue the check.
