Why does the form ask for a rating (i.e., G, PG, PG-13, etc.)?

Why does the form ask for a rating (i.e., G, PG, PG-13, etc.)?
This is for organizations such as High 5 Tickets to the Arts who are dealing with high school students. It's mainly to gauge age appropriateness, so please answer the question as honestly as possible. You will not be automatically turned down if you rate your event "R" or "NC-17."
