KOSOKO PERFORMANCE GROUP

Founded in 2006, The KOSOKO PERFORMANCE GROUP is a Philadelphia based interdisciplinary ensemble of musicians, dancers, writers, actors, and visual design artists. Our artistic mission is to push performance further_through innovative and culturally diverse live performance, literary publication, youth and community outreach, and teaching. We aim to challenge, educate, and nurture our audiences through an on-going dialogue that consistently explores new, creative approaches and processes of creating community through artistic collaboration, peer mentoring, and audience diversification.
