These plans allow you to have your own personal publicity mentor at an extremely low cost. In order for the mentorships to have their intended impact, these plans must be purchased no later than two (2) months before the event, but preferably three (3) months in advance. Artists from across the country can take advantage of these packages, however, if your event is taking place outside of the New York area, we suggest they be purchased even further in advance (no later than three (3) months before the event, but preferably four (4) months in advance).
Meetings with the publicity consultants can be conducted via phone or in person whenever appropriate.
This plan will empower you to build your own campaign, while offering you constructive, personalized guidance and providing general distribution of publicity materials. This package includes:
Initial Contact Meeting
You will meet with the publicist to introduce yourself to one another and to get to know
each other. You will discuss data gathering, tasks, and directions.
PR Consultation Meeting
A more thorough meeting where you will review materials, define tasks, and create a
schedule. The mentor will help you create your own press release and will provide you with
direction. They will also provide guidance on creating an online PR kit for your website.
Launch Meeting
A one-hour meeting before your release to ensure all tasks are being completed and to
implement the distribution.
Distribution via Newswire and PRWeb
Your press release will be sent to the appropriate media outlets via two respected services.
NOTE: Members can either add-on follow-up calls or can then conduct them on their own.

This plan will teach you how to build a campaign, offer skills in crafting your press release, offer guidance, general distribution, and a review meeting after the campaign is completed to offer continuing guidance on how to keep your PR ongoing. This package includes:

This plan is an all-inclusive PR campaign, where you will work with a personal mentor and receive the following:
10 Hours of Consulting Time
You will receive the initial contact, launch, and closure meetings from the
other packages, plus more extensive one-on-one time with your mentor.
Press Release and PR Kit Crafting
With your input, the mentor/consultant will create your press release and PR kit.

Your press release will be sent to the appropriate media outlets via two respected
services.
Follow-up Campaign
Fifteen to twenty media outlets will be contacted on your behalf, following up after
the distribution of your press release.
Release Monitoring
Your mentor will monitor the follow-up campaign to see if the 15-20
contacts picked up your release.
Media Tips
Your mentor will provide key information regarding various media outlets so that
you can continue conducting a successful campaign.
