Montgomery Gardens Artist Space Share

Are you a NYC-based individual or company looking for a place to call your creative home?  Montgomery Street Gardens is a rehearsal and office space that a small group of artists rent out collectively and we are looking for a few new members.  A $185 a month share in the space entitles you to 24/7 access to the office and one guaranteed slot in the studio per week.  The guaranteed studio slots are four to eight hours long (depending on when in the week they fall) and marked out on a google calendar.  However, in practice, each of us ends up using a lot more time in the studio during our production periods and less time in between projects.  The space also features limited storage and a sound-proof room for audio recording.  So far, it's worked out well for us.  We also welcome free-lancers or organizations who are just looking for a business address, desk space and a sense of community.


The space is on Montgomery Street in between Franklin and Washington, by the Botanical Gardens, on the 4,5,2,3,B,Q and S trains and Bus 48.  If you're interested in joining, the best way to proceed would be for you to come in some time and see the space and meet with me in person and I can answer any further questions you might have.
