Plug In Movement Establishes Memorial Fund for Doug Korthof
"Doug Korthof was a passionate advocate for plug-in vehicles, who worked tirelessly to educate anyone who would listen about the benefits of electric drive. For those of us involved in the fight to stop the automaker’s practice of removing working electric vehicles from the road, Doug was always there, working late night shifts and volunteering to help with most any task." Smart Solar Car Charger...
Coolest car charger EVER!
Shaped like a leaf, it doubles as an LED street light and has a fold down bench. Super Smart. Great for places that have replaced all their REAL trees with fake things and concrete...

Action Track Chair : A Vehicle for Change
What an amazing invention! This chair has no problem traversing over bumps in the road, gravel, etc. - in fact, it actually seems to ride better on the rough spots than on a smooth surface. I had a chance to try it out yesterday. If you know someone in the Marin County area who is bound to a wheel chair, I highly recommend they give it a whirl while Don Swenson, the West Coast rep, is in town. He leaves on Friday.

The "#fuckyouwashington" : Now that I have your attention
Seems to me a whole lot of people are angry at representatives of BOTH Parties Washington and for good reason.
But why get angry and start tweeting swear words that have no chance of trending on twitter? Now is not the time to sit around with a "wait and see" attitude.
Speak up, America. Use the technology available to us and let's use it wisely! The "f" word is an attention getter - but so it trending on twitter. Warning - trying to mentions Justin Bieberdoesn't seem to help. I tried it as an experiment.
" please RT- Justin Bieber is rich, and I know he would pay more taxes to Save America #taxtherich "
Anywaay, the point I'm tryng to make is - if you have a cell phone, get a twitter account and start tweeting what you really feel. And though in vino veritas, if you've had to much to drink before you choose to speak up, tag your tweet with #twi (tweeting while intoxicated.)
