Composer/saxophonist Michael Straus collaborates with five sound artists in 70.8%, an environmental performance project fusing saxophones with our underwater world. Armed with an arsenal of hydrophones, these six individuals will dance the fine line between art and science. The composers involved in 70.8% include Matthew Burtner, Cheryl E. Leonard, Erik DeLuca, Ulrich Krieger, Douglas Quin and Michael Straus.
