Elena Muslar is an arts, culture, and entertainment workforce development and equity specialist originally nurtured in South-Central, Los Angeles and now residing in Ontario, California. As a member of the Fractured Atlas team, she oversees the day-to-day operations of our programs and services to ensure their growth and sustainability.
With over a decade of her career spent in multidisciplinary producing, Elena earned her MFA in Theatre Management & Creative Producing from CalArts and a BA in Theatre Arts (with concentrations in Dance, African-American Studies, and Education) from Loyola Marymount University. Prior to joining Fractured Atlas, she provided career coaching to thousands of undergrad and graduate students in the College of Communication and Fine Arts and School of Film and Television at LMU where she continues to teach, “Introduction to Business in the Arts.” Elena is also a UCLArts & Healing certified Social Emotional Arts Facilitator which she brings into her private coaching and consulting practice, Confide Creative. In her personal time, she enjoys commercial acting/modeling, dance/movement therapy, spoken word, imagining herself winning on competition reality shows, and sipping a good cup of tea.
